Punta Monterrey is a small resort one hour north of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico with its own beach & private Yoga Shala. Join me and curated Guest teachers for twice daily sessions around a specific theme. Expect morning & evening yoga/teaching sessions and/or Ceremony, such as Sweat Lodge, Cacao, Sound Healing, Jungle Tour, Town Visit, & optional plant medicine ceremony.
Mornings will likely be vinyasa or more active with spiritual teaching, breathwork & meditation. Evenings will be a ceremony or practices such as Yin, Yoga Nidra, or restorative yoga. Expect group discussion during or after group sessions & ceremony (optional if you want to speak), or you can choose to book an included 1 on 1 session with me during the daily free-time.

The free time during the day is meant for you to choose to relax at your cabin or at the beach using a SUP or kayak or to join me in included experiences or excursions .

Delicious Breakfast, lunch, & dinner included at the Retreat during scheduled times (additional food, shopping not included)
