What does holistic mean?
The skin is the largest organ of the body, so it makes sense that the quality of our skin is a reflection of many of our internal states. In simple terms, holistic skincare is characterized by the treatment of the whole person, recognizing that the parts are intimately interconnected with the whole. Hence, lifestyle, nutrition, & our toxic load are an important part of how we address the skin.
